After my time on the executive board as sisterhood development chair, I designed apparel for my sorority. As sisterhood development chair, I was responsible for planning and running the new member education meetings and activities until their initiation. Through this role, I acted as a mentor for the new members and developed unique relationships with each girl. I felt incredibly humbled and appreciative to have the privilege of mentoring these girls, and created apparel for them at the end of their new member process.
